Just a great hotel in New York City. There was a kitchen with a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge in the unit.

Suite was good sized. The hotel is located in the nice zone. Thank you for making our stay GREAT.

The room was clean, the location was convenient, and it was fine for business, but if I had tried to include my family, having just a pull out for a second bed would have been difficult. Also the bedroom area was small and not completely separated from the living area with a door, so privacy would have been an issue if I had the wife and kids with me.

For a New York hotel it is a very reasonable price with alot of space. It is a convenient place to stay if you plan to stay longer than a day or two, because it has a small kitchenette and lounging space. I was happy.
It was not really a hotel, but rather a time share. It would have been nice to know this when I booked.

Very nice Accomedation with large rooms. More than I expected. A/C did not work well the first night. Very comfortable and extremely clean. I would go back in a heartbeat.
Elevators were a bit slow and busy

proximity to restaurants shows and shopping
room needed updating/cleaning/ maintenance. Staff should not send guests on the service elevator,or they should fix it nicer.

Excellent location.
Air conditioner was not working right, made a lot of noise and room was very hot. Also bathroom sink was clogged.

We were upgraded to a penthouse suite from an executive suite. Room was warm and muggy as AC was not on. We were provided with a fan and water.

We stayed in the one-bedroom suite (2 adults and 2 children) which was perfect. Rooms were extremely spacious and clean. Having two bathrooms was fantastic especially with one teenage and an almost teenage daughter. Also having a t.v. in each room was extremely handy. The kitchenette facilities were great especially the fact that we could have breakfast in our room each morning before we headed off for the day and we could use the fridge to store milk, orange juice & drinks. Packets of complimentary coffee and popcorn were provided daily which were appreciated especially at the end of a long day. There are plenty of shops nearby to buy in fresh bagels/muffins/fruit to take away at reasonable prices (would recommend Fluffys). Location was extremely central, walking distance from Fifth Avenue/Times Square/Central Park/Broadway. This was our second time to stay at the Manhattan Club and we would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.
Really has no bad points but one small complaint is that there was not enough shelf storage space in the bathrooms.

We travelled with our three teenagers and there was enough room in the junior suite. Although it says there is a kitchenette, it is only for reheating food and making coffee.
The air conditioning was switched off, so we did get hot at night. Apparently this only happens in spring and fall when the weather is fair. Staff are unfriendly, unhelpful and sometimes rude.

Wonderful location, quiet, spacious room. I would have used the mini kitchen if I were staying longer! The bathroom was also lovely and spacious. Parking was very reasonably priced and convenient! I didn't try the breakfast.
